The challenge for us with this build... facilitating a more modern design whilst maintainting the heritage of the Chiswick Staithe Estate and observing its conservation rules. And that meant not being able to touch the original white fencing or drill into any existing walls or brick work.

We installed raised sleeper beds around the edges of the garden, with a border of large white marble stones to blend in with the white colour theme. Rainbow Indian Sand Stone paving, that blends in with the sleepers, was used to create the patio, and the external building was clad in Moranti Trellis, making a feature out of what would otherwise be just a brick wall.
